OPEN POSITIONS:


Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for the right person to help us with:

  • Administering patient therapy
  • Patient education
  • Insurance verification
  • Cash handling
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling patients

Schedule:

  • Part-time: 20-30 hours per week
  • Schedule varies and includes weekday and Saturday morning hours (closed on Sunday).

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with education & experience, starting $10.00 - $13.00 per hour.
  • Future pay raises associated with the completion of the training program and merit increases.

Rehab Specialist

We are looking for 2 rehab therapists to help us:

  • Improve the health & quality of life of each patient.
  • Connect personally & meaningfully with each patient to help them feel motivated, secure and confident.
  • Perform assessments & evaluations as necessary, assess patient’s movement patterns.
  • Design care plans - Build a plan with each individual patient based on their injuries & goals.
  • Coach patients through stretching & rehabilitative exercises, monitor them through stretches & exercises while making corrections/queuing as necessary.
  • Adjust rehab plans as necessary for optimal results.
  • Preform therapy modalities, including EMS, Ultrasound and low level laser. 
  • Administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing insurance pre-authorizations.  

Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours per week and 25 - 30 hours per week.
  • Schedule varies and includes weekday and Saturday morning hours (closed on Sunday).

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with education & experience, starting $10.00 - $13.00 per hour.

Billing Coordinator - Part Time

We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to help us: 

  • Process billing for Workman’s Compensation, Auto Insurance and Personal Injury Claims, including verifying coverage, sending billing, sending medical records, and processing EOBs/payments.
  • Coordinate billing and maintain effective/genuine relationships with patients and patients’ attorneys.
  • Problem solve any issues related to billing and work with team to develop productive solutions.
  • Process medical records requests from providers, insurers, and patients.
  • Process billing and authorizations for Veterans Affairs billing, including verifying coverage, processing authorizations, sending billing, sending medical records, and processing EOBs/payments.
  • Cross train with other billing coordinators/specialists that process Medicare and Major Medical billing, including verifying insurance, sending billing, processing EOBs, payments and problem solving.
  • Be part of our Insurance Team, including meetings, problem solving and supporting other positions.

Accounting, insurance processing and/or customer service experience a plus.

Schedule:

  • 20-25 hours per week.
  • Schedule is flexible, but there are required monthly meetings on Mondays and Thursday 12 pm – 2 pm.
  • Telecommuting:  
    • Telecommuting may be available after successful completion of your 90 day probationary period.
    • Telecommuting may be available for half of your scheduled time. Working weekly in the office part of the time is required to ensure good communication and a cohesive team.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with education & experience, starting $12.00 - $16.00 per hour.
  • Future pay raises associated with training program and merit increases.
