Connect With Us

Daniels Chiropractic Office believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family. We maintain a pricing structure suitable to all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, call (262) 638-9999 or email us.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, and are preferred providers with many popular providers, such as Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aurora, Chirocare of WI, CMS LLC, HSM, United Healthcare, and UMR.  These are, of course, just a few of the plans that we accept. We also treat auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury cases. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please contact us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will be happy to verify and explain your benefits before treatment.

No Insurance

For patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can still provide the are you need--flexible payments are available .  Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable. Patients making payments directly to us at the time of service receive a 30% discount.

FSA/HSA Payments

We are able to process payment for your chiropractic services from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). Funds from these plans may be used to pay for the entirety of the services you receive, including discount (see 'No Insurance,' above), or for any insurance co-payment or deductible for which you are responsible.

Health on a Budget

At Daniels Chiropractic Office we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money invested in fostering  your most important asset--your health--is far less costly than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please talk to us--maintaining your health is our highest priority.
